Information Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
The Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK" for short) came into force after being published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.
Within the scope of this law, as Tacticbook (hereinafter referred to as "Academy"); We attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data and try to take the highest level of security measures possible to process and preserve this data. We process your personal data within the scope of KVKK and relevant legal legislation and in our capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.
Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data, ("Information Text") In accordance with the article titled "Information Obligation of the Data Controller" in Article 10 of the KVKK; It has been prepared to inform you in the most transparent way about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, the purpose for which this data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, the data processing period and what your rights are listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. The explanations made for your personal data in this information text also include your special personal data.
1. DEFINITIONS
Personal Data: Any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. DATA CONTROLLER IDENTITY
According to the KVKK, "Data Controller" refers to the real or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. In accordance with the KVKK, the addressee data controller is Tacticbook.
3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Although your personal data may vary depending on your relationship with our Association; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, through our Association, its branches and affiliated units, website, social media channels, telephone, e-mail and similar means.
Within the scope of the purposes and conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, we are able to provide better service to you, our association members, donors and all other stakeholders, to provide scholarships to people who request it, to produce projects about Down Syndrome, to organize events, to prepare family support projects and to do this. It is processed in order to implement projects, to provide training within the scope of the DÖDEM (Natural Teaching-Based Early Intervention Program for Parents of Children with Down Syndrome) project, to share these training materials with universities when deemed necessary, and to achieve other objectives written in the statute of our association.
4. PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles envisaged in the KVKK and within the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, will be transferred by our Association to our project partners, intermediary organizations and suppliers serving our Association, legally authorized public institutions, legal entities, for the purposes stated above. It can be transferred to mandatory persons and institutions and authorized real and legal persons related to the follow-up processes.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can personally contact us regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;
To find out whether our association processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
To find out whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred
You have the rights.
Additionally, you have the right to request from our Association the correction of your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and the notification of recipients to whom your data has been or may have been transferred.
You can request our Association to destroy (delete, destroy or anonymise) your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you can request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred or may be transferred be informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your destruction request, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the circumstances of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we chose the destruction method we chose.
You may object to the results of your personal data analysis, which were generated exclusively using an automated system, if these results are contrary to your interests.
If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage.
Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Academy, the fee specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
For matters regarding the processing of your personal data, you must submit your application to our Association in writing or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified us and is in our records. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, the Academy may request additional verifications in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus to protect your rights.
