The consumer has the right to return the product subject to the contract within 7 days from the delivery to himself or to the person at the address indicated.

In order for the product to be returned by our company, the product packaging and box contents must be undamaged and the product must be in a new, resalable condition.

It is mandatory to return the original cargo delivery receipt and sales invoice and the second copy on the cargo package.

Tacticbook initiates the necessary procedures to refund the product price to the customer's credit card within 7 days following the receipt of these documents.

Tacticbook is not responsible for any problems caused by the bank in the refund of the product price.

In order for the refund to take place, the return form must be filled out completely.

Products that cannot be returned due to their nature; Exercising the right of return for disposable products is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, intact and the product is unused.

Consumer law provisions apply regarding product returns.

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Member shall not raise any objection to the Tacticbook records stating that Tacticbook's book records, microfilm, microfiche, and computer records will constitute valid, binding, definitive and exclusive evidence within the meaning of HUMK Article 287, and that this article is in the nature of an evidentiary contract. He/she accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she waives in advance his/her right to offer an oath that it is considered appropriate.
