Tacticbook may change the shipping company in order to deliver faster when necessary. No additional fee is charged for the changes made.

The stock status of the products on our pages is stated in their features. Please consider stock status when placing your orders.

Your order will be prepared after we receive the bank receipt for payment. Regarding delivery, our customer representative will update your order through the system and add the cargo tracking number to the system. You will be able to access details about your cargo via the relevant link.

If you wish, you can access the details after clicking on the code of your order via the My Orders link in the My Account section in the upper right corner of our website.

Product delivery will be made within a maximum of 1-5 business days. (Our company is not responsible for any disruptions experienced by the cargo.)

Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs belong to the buyer.

The time it takes for the product to reach you may vary depending on the distance of your location and the conditions of the transportation company.

If you cannot be at your address at certain hours, you must pick up the package from the cargo company office by "phone notification" or "with notice".

Among transportation companies, "with notice" delivery is the cheapest, "phone notification" is standard, and "address delivery" is the most expensive. For these, you must declare a landline phone number.
